  • Head south on New Brooklyn Erial Rd
  • Take a slight right onto Chews Landing Williamstown Rd/Williamstown Erial Rd
  • After two miles, turn right onto Berlin Cross Keys Rd
  • Follow for two miles, then turn right onto NJ-42 S/N Black Horse Pike

  • Head south on 4th Ave
  • Turn right onto County Rd 536/Pump Branch Rd

No would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

The staff is nice.... at least the guy is somewhat But they are also full of crap. The lift inside the building brakes down often and when you complain the employees act as if they don't know anything. Numerous times I have tried calling to pay my bill over the phone during hours of operation only to get the answering machine over and over again.... ironically whenever I would pop up there after calling multiple times (with no answer) the employees are BOTH found behind the desk doing not a thing! I get a lame excuse of how they were short staffed and swamped with customers. Not a customer in sight but yet there were swamped. FULL OF CRAP. Also my unit prices started off one amount (reasonable) and within a few months my rates go up. No explanation why. So count on your rates going each each 3 to 6 months. The gates locks at a certain time which has been an inconvience more than several times for me. I truly wish I could afford to move my stuff OUT of this dump!!!!!!!! Nothing about this place is worth the amount that i pay each month. Unhappy is an understatement.

Been using this place for over 4 years on and off. Prices are reasonable and place is clean. I'd recommend it to a friend if they asked.
